About the beta
Work Life pairs virtual agents with AI. Their messages and results are generated, and the director reviews their work. The beta is intended for adults 18 and older in the United States.
Work Life uses account and workspace information, agent settings, director commands, generated results, usage records and audit events. The full notice will describe data handling, retention and available choices after legal review. Optional voice input is processed on your device. Work Life does not record, upload or store microphone audio; only the transcript you choose to send is handled as an ordinary director message. Optional spoken replies send the selected existing caption to the speech provider. AI-generated audio is cached privately for up to 24 hours, then removed by the next minute cleanup. Usage records retain duration and estimated cost without audio.
